Review of your risk register

Black Swan Institute has developed a risk tool to review and evaluate the quality of a risk register. Send us your risk register and we carry out a test in our risk tool. The review is free of charge.

The review will be shared in a report. Here you will learn about the weaknesses, shortcomings, and problem areas we have identified. You will also get to know the strengths, qualities and how wide your risk analysis covers known typically risks.

If there are serious problem areas, we suggest efforts to solve the problems and improve your risk work.

The test is based on standards for "Management of risks" and on our many years of experience in analyzing risk registers and risk assessing projects, programs, and It-systems.
